What if I received a damaged print?
Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect your order. If your order is damaged or you receive the wrong print please email hello@amica.net.au with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or wrong print and we will be happy to assist you.
What if my order shows as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
In the event that your order shows as delivered but you didn't receive your shipment, please contact the courier and local postal service with the tracking number (shown in your shipping notification) and inquire with them about it first. There's a chance your package is waiting for you to pick up at your nearest post office, however, if they can't find it, contact us at hello@amica.net.au to see if there's anything else that can be done on our side.
